    We still have a little ground out past the end of Shoemaker Rd. I don't know why we keep it. When timber prices are up we'll log a little of it but mostly we just lease it out for grazing.

    This week has been the Eastern Idaho State Fair... One of the largest fairs this side of the big muddy. I dont go much anymore (if youve seen it a couple times, you aint missing much... Except the food.), but my daughter went with her school and got in free. She asked me if I wanted anything... I asked her to bring me home a Prime Steer Burger with extra grilled onions and cheese. Its been several years since I've had one... It was the most EPIC of all EPICS!!! And I'm NOT ashamed in the slightest.... 1/3 pound fresh beef patty, 1/4 pound grilled deli sliced ham, THICK slab of cheese, LOTS of thinly sliced & grilled onions... All on a fresh sesame seed bun. I'm getting hungry just typing this...
