    OK! But only similar in the aspect of the homeowner torching his own property. I am going to guess that in your case, the dwelling that was torched probably wasn't endangering others property...but in this case, in a mobile park, the proximity to others property, and not owning the land on which the mobile was parked, changes the whole scenario.

    This is just an assumption on my part regarding your case...and yes I know about...ASSUME...
