This past winter we were hauling loads of wood pellets (to be used in pellet stoves) from the manufacturer to the railroad for shipment to the east coast. One of my co-workers was run off the road by a logging truck that blew a stop sign, he walked away from the crash, but only by a miracle.

tractor, two weeks after the wreck when it finally came back to our yard

best pics of I have of the container, the insurance company confiscated most of my pics. I had to pick up the wrecked container from the tow yard and redeliver to the customer for unloaded. Both the box and chassis were tweaked, it tracked 3 ft to the right and had a 4 ft bulge in the right side and a 2ft bulge in the left side.

Holly sh^t, someone must have had a guardian angel watching over him that day. Tractor looks like a write off for sure. What about the trailer?

the tractor was totaled, the container was rebuilt, the chassis we don't know about because the repair facility off-loaded the container and the chassis was taken back to the railroad for repairs.

Like John Candy said "that ought to buff right out". Glad no one was seriously injured. Been run off road in CO by log truck, but was in 4 wheeler. We were elk hunting and went after him with 3 30-06s. Hell we never saw that phantom again.
