Just called down and got it straight from the horses mouth, apparently it's not the friction plates wearing which I was told, one of the springs broke, and eventually if I left it the clutch wouldn't disengage. Guess it's a common problem on Cascadia transmissions, he said those springs are known for breaking

Nope, manual. And I never use the dam clutch, that's the frustrating part. I guess just bouncing around going down the road causes these springs to fail

You know you’re in Dodge City when you pull into the Love’s, park, get out, and the whole joint smells like a feed lot

As expensive as it is to just replace the clutch, replacing one when the transmission is already out is well worth the investment, especially if your intentions are to keep the truck for a long time

I had a bull hauler say to me ''that's the smell of money, son"...to which I replied "then I really do have so much money, it's coming out my wahzoo"..

Which reminds me of a joke....what is the difference between a cowboy and a truck driver? Answer - the cowboy has the bull #### on the outside of his boots...:)
