Series 60 Oil Cooler Housing

    Putting together an 1997 11.1 detroit. Stuck on the oil cooler housing. I see it has 4 bolts to mount onto block. I think im missing some sleeves for the bolts? Or I might have wrong bolts?

    Will send pic within the hour. Im trying to mount the oil cooler housing onto the block. But the bolts stick out past the housing holes. So im thinking they need sleeves between housing and engine block?
