All of this post should be illegal, every one of these companies should be sued out of existence that every use Hireright or DriverIQ.

One of u people who has a negative DAC comment should hire one of the "injured in a truck accident" billboard attorneys to sue these companies for defamation, slander, and loss of rights.

 

Everyone's an expert on what other people should do, but hardly able to navigate through their own life. Hire Right is protected by the same law that protects credit reporting bureaus when they report deadbeats that don't pay their bills. You have the same rights with Hire Right as with a credit bureau. Use those rights and don't work for the companies that hire anyone with 3 felonies and 8 speeding tickets.

 

Don't work for companies that use the services. PERIOD.

 

This actually happened to me between my last two trucking jobs. The recruiter had me drive three hours to the drug testing facility that they chose to use. When I arrived, the facility was closed. After that, I decided not to work for that company. It was about the third thing they had me try and do that was all mixed up and I thought no thanks. They put it on my report. I threaten to sue. And I would have. They removed it quickly

 

Ok, just got a copy of MVR and it has errors on it I got it removed 2 months ago and it's back on there and know one CDL department can tell me how it happened and now I have go through the process of
Of having it removed all over again.
Failure appear
Failure to obey traffic control device
And the kicker is it happen in 2014
I have documents to show I went to court
2014 that's when all this happened
But there system is saying it happened in 2014 and they caught in 2022 and I was convicted of it 2022
I have court documents stating I paid the fine in court 2014 and never missed court.
Is there someone who can help me with this

How do I find companies that don't use dac report.

 

They're all over the country and don't own 5000 trucks. The majority are local home every night.

 

When companies that report to places like hire right why they don't check to make sure the information is correct by checking with the driver, or send him notification to let him know it's on there so he can dispute it if it's not accurate

 

Can I sue if the information on my mvr is not correct and they want change it, and if so where do I go to get help.

 

Yes, you need a lawyer to adress the clerk of court to make that disappear.
