Looks like I finally got got. Elite Transit Solutions. Ran a short, straight through run for them a few weeks ago. Been around awhile, credit score was good when I checked, come to find out they've been on some naughty lists for quite some time.

I saw a story about them somewhere just the other day, complete disaster.

 

Just checked them on Carrier411. They've been naughty boys and girls since September.
