    I’ve never heard of wet concrete being carried in anything other then a mixer truck. Is that something they do up there?

    Yeah that was my thought too...... an open trailer with wet concrete? I feel like I am about to learn something here.

    Just wondering.......
    This driver just seen this in the road & stopped to see what he just ran through, then drove on? Mixer was just ahead of him and lost that 2 minutes prior?

    Yes. On big road jobs here in SWPA they haul it in triaxle dump trucks from a jobsite mix plant. But it usually never goes onto a road that isn’t being worked on.
