    Find an old closed "service station." Rent it, sublet the office/display part, keep and use the grease rack/wash bays.

    You need to find a Uber driver that can cook. Coming in, call ahead.. (?) shops, take it to the house, prepare, and if OEM female, might get fringes...

    I rent a one bay shop here and it's a blessing. Got trailer trunnion bushings / u-bolts to do over the winter as well as installing reman 13 speed and new clutch. I use a diesel fired heater and it will keep it comfortable for the most part. Bathroom and 240v comes in handy as well.
