    Oh I didn't see that sorry. Yeah, I just want to get some experience in to be able to find a better company if need be. I plan on team driving with my brother so hopefully that first year on the road won't be too bad.

    You and your brother should apply with companies that uses teams. Schneider is one of them but not a first choice.
    Many team companies require established teams and won't pair teams that don't know each other.
