Recent- last year swifites

I don't drive for Swift but I found a link to this chart. Maybe one of the current Swiftys on here can tell us if this is the current National payscale or if it has changed. I'm personally curious about whether the monthly bonuses are still around and how Swift calculates your monthly miles (ie, loads delivered within a calendar month count vs when they receive paperwork, etc). Seems confusing if you're on a long run when the month changes.
