There's still a few pumpkin trucks left, but they are trying to phase them out. I'm gonna keep mine for a while yet, as it has a bunk. Not enough Specialized maroon trucks with bunks in for training, I'm told. NoTarps, hope you're doing well! Last I saw you was the last time a pulled a van! Haven't gotten on the filter run since---oh wait, once---but had to tarp the filters on a flatbed. :biggrin_2553:

I spent some more time on the truck today. In fact I am sitting in my bunk typing this. I have my windshield and side widows curtains up and I am in my own little world. I took the truck down to the pilot to see how much she weighed with full tanks of fuel and most of my stuff in here. She grossed out at 29,080. Now I will know how close I will be depending on the load. It was neat to take my truck down all by myself. I also went over to the spot where you can adjust your mirrors so that you can eliminate most of the blind spots. While I was over there I practiced a blind side alley dock. I am looking forward to getting that stupid inverter in here so I can get on the road. It has been nice being able to get the truck set up though. I would not have wanted to do it on my home time.
    Till later!

I always gave a empty weight of 29.9 to places that did not scale. Told them 50000 was my max load weight.

    Ops85 Thanks this.
