99 Freightliner Century Air governor

Update: Ended up swapping the air dryer assembly out.
The Good: Both my tanks are filling up.
The Bad: I'm back to having my truck build too much air. Possibly the gov came DOA? Planning in swapping in the other one to see if it makes a difference.
The Weird: My secondary is filling up first and stops at around 120/125 psi then the primary gets up in pressure. then they both build way pass that mark. I marked/tagged each line to make sure they went back in the exact same location but ill check again when I have some daylight.

Swapping the Gov worked out thankfully. Appreciate all the help.

Any idea my door will not open second door on century in past year there is a rod that is off but I do not know where it goes it seems like it’s not releasing off the outside handle inside works I can see it moving but door will not open from either side I’m getting sick of getting out of the passenger side please help thank you Steve
