When filling out a job application, and asked "have you ever had your drivers license suspended or revoked" How would you answer if, and here is my situation:
in May of 1988 I was ticketed for 70 in a 55 in NC, I had a Virginia license, The license was not suspended, but My NC driving privilage was for 1 year. and, how could anyone find out? is that information still obtainable?
Situation 2:
In July of 1980, When I was 16 I had a NC Drivers license, I had only been driving 2 months when I was ticketed for 80 in a 55. (stupid I know) NC suspended my license for 60 days and I had to go through a driver improvement class. Is that info still obtainable, or am I shooting myself in the foot for providing info that old?
I know the meaning of "Have you ever..." it just seems that violations that old would not show up anywhere. its not on my MVR, or my DAC.
Im just wondering what someone else would do. Thanks in advance for your responses.

I think violations from 20 years ago won't have much impact.
-
everyone was 16 and stupid at some point
i never once in my life broke the speed limit
-
I do not think I would worry about Violations that long ago as long as they did not involve alcohol
Re' -
How often did you just bend the hell out of it?
-
None involved alcohol, just wondering if I should offer that, since the app says "Have you ever..." but then again, how would they know unless its on my MVR?
-
I have never had my driving license revoked.
-
You only answered half the question!
-
I've never had it suspended either.

That's better...I plead the 5th...Jack Daniels please, and make it a double!
