I only stop at a truck stop when it is absolutly needed...like fuel, scale, and shower. The rest of the time I park at my shippers/reciever or some out of the way place where no one else is (mostly so my truck doesn't get ran over by the "Freight Box 500" driver racing through the parking lot).
outerspacehillbilly Thanks this. -
I'm like PT. I always try to sleep at shipper/receiver. You get better sleep and less people running into things lol.
I prefer the Petro to any others They usually have larger, cleaner facilities and usually pretty decent food as well. I only hit a TS to shower, fuel, scale, eat etc.... I try and find the off the beaten path places that have truck parking if i am going to spend time some where. -
I like the comradery allways someone to bs with and for drinks toilet, etc. Etc.

I like the smaller out of the way truck stops which are not too crowed.I sometimes stop at rest stops or where I am unloading if possible. You can blow quite a few bucks laying around a truck stop for a while if you ain`t careful
