We need PSAnderson to chime in here. He could tell you what the feds look for when they do the Compliance Review. I know I file complaints with our State Compliance Review Unit who, if the company is in-state they will conduct a CR. If not, it is forwarded to the feds. Now I don't know about driver's getting miles or going here or there. The complaints I file are after I get a company numerous times with multiple problems concerning safety of the vehicle and log book issues. One carrier that I frequently stop, always has driver's that are suspended or revoked. I file on them as well. PS Anderson might be able to help with this thread to inform you what is needed, if anything, about your initial post on this thread.

Ain't no cow patties in my pasture, just the other day took the harrow out and busted them all up. Well, most of them, some still had some frost and didn't bust up too good.:biggrin_25517:

Now that is brilliant. Turn crooks loose on crooks. Wake up! The only reason that the Fed goes after companies is to take away the company's power and money for themselves. If you think the Feds are so smart, go work for them!!! Despite what Politicians say, Politicians are out for themselves alone. IF they can hoodwink you into buying into their plan with a lot of empty talk, they will. No different really than your average company recruiter now that I think about it.:biggrin_25521:

Surely you could elaborate on what you've experienced?

Typical story that we have read here at least a hundred times. Nothing will happen to them but you might feel better for wasting your time trying.

And who's fault is that? The drivers?

Or the starched shirts in charge?

Maybe it's about time these freight rate lowballers were driven out.

Believe it or not. I ran a ded. route for them (L.A. to Columbus OH). Averaged 2 round trips a week ( 9,000 mi.) # $.36 a mile. But most drivers there are lucky to make $300 a week. CRST is just like all the other companies out there. They only care about their freight, not the drivers.:wav:
