An update just for extra information for you guys. Driver side steer couldn't be balanced cause it was in bad shape. Only has around 40k on it. So replaced it with a Toyo steer which is considered mid tier to me. 500 bucks. For reference they balanced the Toyo and the dynatrac that I left on the driver side. Toyo took 2oz. Dynatrac took 19oz. Truck rides a million times better. Guess I really have to stop with the cheap steer tires. Also I definitely won't be using tire beads ever again. Every time I have used them they ruined the tires. Had good luck in the past with dynatracs and they looked nice. But anyways that's the update for now. Appreciate all the help. Going to wait awhile to order a king pins set. It is cold as hell this week anyways.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

You best keep on eye on that Dyntrac tire. I had one come apart a few decades ago. Hopefully they’ve improved by now.

Yeah I won't be buying them again. I had some on my last truck and loved them. But guess I ran my luck out. I'm impressed with the Toyo just based on the balance of it. So we will see how it all goes. 500 bucks is unfortunately a mid to low range tire these days. Crazy how expensive they have gotten in the past 10 years. At least my truck is enjoyable to drive again. The shaking was making me insane.

I bought a pair of YOKOHAMA’s RY 617 for $600.00(2) from my tire guy. They were take offs from a new truck. Only bought them for the deal. Usually I buy and have had extremely goodluck with the FIRESTONE FS 591.

I have heard a lot of good stuff about fs591 on this site. I think when I checked they are 600ish each. I live in the middle of nothing. So my selection of parts and things are pretty limited. Especially tires. It is whatever Walmart will ship, which they so ship for free if anyone is in my situation. Or whatever they have in the small town near me.
