It's not easy and finding a tuner who is actually good with verifiable tunes and reputation is very hard and takes a lot of mistakes to find them. However I don't think @ $500 to $600 is cheap, that is why I said I can get them the contact info for the person I use,
After 75,000 miles with zero problems I'd say it's a good safe tune.
I've seen so called tuners do there thing and leave a customer stranded after 5,000 - 10,000 miles with a blowed head gasket

Please send me the info on this tuner. My 2014 mx 13 is a dog. A m11 has more pull than this thing.

May want to talk to your tuner before you start drumming up business for him.
He may not want the attention from the EPA..
