In your initial post you said had a case still pending. Has that changed?

 

That's probably what's messing you up. You'll need to clear up the pending case, then apply. Also, if it's felony probation, the crime committed could play a factor too. I'm not asking you to disclose that, as that's your business. I really think the pending case is messing you up though. Do you know when it will close?
