It might do it again and that is the 1st. My truck did the same this last year in May, then again in June whiles making a left turn at the intersection on a main street in Columbus, OH. The exclamation warning light came on and is displayed 'Transmission not available'. After numerous shutdowns a day later I was able to drive it to a Peterbilt shop in Kalamazoo, MI. They ran the codes and told me its a rebuilt programming with the computer transmission. A mechankc there told me they had multiple issues with this regarding new Peterbilts. I'm glad its still under warranty.

That’s just what the fleets buy nowadays figuring they come ahead somehow according to the professional bean counters. No way would I ever buy one just for these reasons but sure, in theory it’s a great idea.
