    Look in the transmission, i think that's where we set our trucks in 2020. Sorry it's been a few years

    I checked all the parameter, didn't find it. some guy on google says check P1MJG, but i dont see this parameter.
    Please let me know, if by any chance you got the parameter ID

    That info you posted, the first paragraph tells you why. Nothing is wrong. If thats what you got in your truck.The truck limits to 11th gear for effiency when loaded. Air suspension simply determines when the truck considers you "loaded". Hence bobtail you have no issues. Also why no lights on dash and no one has found the issue.

    Yes, its volvo called " adaptive gearing", the problem is when i drive at 70mph with 11th gear, rpm will be 1700+. I really dont like that high rpm

    Good Evening everyone, did you guys find answer how to ajust or unlock 12th gear? I have same issue with load over 28000 lb truck not shifting in 12th gear, any help or knowledge on this subject?

    Go to Volvo dealer let them know you want " Take Me Home" performance package taken out. They should open a service case and let Volvo do it.
    You may need to contact a few more dealers, most of them don’t know what’s going on.
