    So where are we talking about? Well, a place called 'Cascadia'. No, you're right - it's not a state. Or a city. Or even really a fully recognised area. That's kind of the problem. The people who back 'The Cascadia Movement' want it to be formally recognised, though. And, preferably, to be granted permission to secede from the United States altogether
