Hi to everyone.
My problem starts recently. I noticed that my decks starts moving slowly. I checked hydraulic pressure gauge on headrack and it show only 600. I changed 2 filters and still same problem. Any idea whats can be wrong? Thanks

Pump shot? Hose coming apart inside ? Just some ideas.

Make sure the suction isn't sucking shut. If it won't climb over 600, it 's possible one of the bypass valves isn't closing when you grab a lever like it's supposed to do.
Is it fast empty, or is that slow too?brian991219 Thanks this. -
An old Teamster trick when they want to screw with a guy was to throw a rag into the hydraulic tank. It basically wreaks havoc on any line pressure. I've seen my mechanics pull many a rag out. Fuel tanks too.

Sounds like lovely people!

Any clue why my top deck all the way at the end of my 2004 cottrell 7512 trailer has trouble lifting a regular size vehicle ?

Start with the simple things first. Are you low on fluid? NO. Are the posts bent or really rusty? NO. If you start lifting in a different sequence, like lift the front of the middle deck first and so on, is it any better? NO. Does it go up normal when empty? YES. Does it hesitate, as in it starts up and then it pauses a second and so on? Yes. One of the cylinders in that position might be bypassing internally... Also there is a chance the valve for that deck is messed up, but unlikely.arthurjohnston Thanks this.

Hello, I agree with frankdtank according to the step-by-step checking and would add that it would be great to check the hydraulic hose connections or even the hydraulic pump
