There is a coolant leak in behind the main fuel filter not sure what is back there that would leak coolant.
Anyone know what it might be?

There are two coolant lines going to the air compressor...there is most likely a coolant line going from your fuel module to your oil/coolant module, 1 of those 3 will be your culprit.

I have a 2012 M2 with DD13 and Allison 3000. It has the same coolant leak at around air compressor and fuel filter housing area. For my other M2 with DD13, there's this long plastic black coolant line running from water pump to the air compressor. (When you change it, always ask for an updated one wherever available. Even a rubber one is better than plastic one. A metal one is the best.) But on this truck, there is only one short one running from the bottom of fuel filter housing to the air compressor. Replaced it, and coolant still leaks in that area. Will replace the freeze plug at the back of air compressor and see.
