    2007 Western star 4900. Accessories like wipers, blower motor etc stay on when key is turned off. Any ideas?

    Look at fuse panel.. most likely there is a jumper wire between 2 fuses .. had same issue with mine.. removed jumper wire everything worked as it should when key is off position
