One company I worked for did their road test during account specific training. In other words, going out with a trainer for the day to learn their computer work as far as load documentation and logging/entering pre trip information, etc.
Didn’t do Road test at interview ???

I got a job at cocacola and they didn’t give me a road test

I also never had a road test. Everything was done over the phone. Than had 1 day training from one of the flatbed drivers, next day got the keys and was dispatched on a 2100 mile trip.

If you've been driving for a number of years and there's no blemishes on your record, a road test seems a bit silly to me.
I wouldn't worry about it. -
Every place I’ve ever worked. They did the driving test very last. And it was almost like a formality because I was totally hired in at that point. I assume unless I smashed into something or I really did something stupid which I didn’t. And it was never on the same day. It was a day or two later. You’re worrying yourself for nothing. They wouldn’t be scheduling drug tests and everything else if they didn’t intend to hire you. Go over your pre-trip. Make sure you get that right because that’s part of your test. And relax and don’t mess anything up you’ll have the job

I was surprised at no mention of a road test too.

My last 3 companies just evaluated my driving in training. Pretty big paying companies too. But I have almost 20 driving in various companies ltl, flatbed, long combinations etc..
