ISO SAP friendly Co in Louisiana

Hi. Long story short, I'm 1 follow up test away from being completed. I have a company that will hire me if I can get that test done and an employer who will report that I'm done to Clearinghouse. 3+ years experience regional with a little reefer but mostly dry van. I've only worked for two small companies. I have All endorsements and a TWIC card and I'd like to do flatbed or tanker or anything really. Clean record.

 

I sent my application in today and called and left a message.
Let me ask you your opinion; I effed up on a pre-employment test over three years ago and immediately got my SAP and did everything I had to, finally found an OTR job that would take me, did my RTD test, and a few follow up tests and left that company to drive for a local guy regionally so home on weekends. I (wrongly) assumed all the randoms I did over the last 2+ years were going towards my FUT and to the CH...
The local guy didn't care about the CH because I had ok to drive and a squeaky clean record anyway and nobody down here knows what to with all that anyway. He started moving his trucks over to a big company and that's when we realized i was screwed and why I'm unemployed right now.
Does Clean Harbors care if I complete FUT?

 

I applied for CDL A job at a local PepsiCo too. They don't use 10th St for their app.

 

Just got this response this morning from my application of 2/1/2024
"On behalf of all of us at our organization, we wanted to extend a sincere thank you for the interest that you expressed in our Class A Driver role.
At this time, we will not be moving forward with your application."

* No mention of SAP in my app, but I am older and female and have no tanker experience.

 

Also got a form email that thanked me for applying but not hiring me.

Got the same type email from Coke... In thinking about that, I've picked up and delivered to many Cokes across the country and I don't think I've ever seen a female Coke driver. I've seen plenty of females in the warehouse and at the gates, but honestly, never one driving a Coke truck. Just sayin'

 

Just got hired to drive a dump truck via a friend in the construction biz. Thank God! No mention of SAP because I have US Compliance running my program. When that's done, we'll see if I'll stick with dump trucks or not. I'm looking forward to gaining that experience!
