Yeah, the plaintiffs are claiming that the child welfare office should've removed the boy from his dad and stepmom's custody, but failed to do so.

The article says that someone had been making reports about the abuse, but it doesn't say whether it was his family members or "mandated reporters" like teachers, doctors, etc.

 

Wow, I cant even fathom..... I watched a recent episode this week on ID channel called "deadly women" that she fed someone to her pigs up in Michigan!
