No power to dash and steering wheel controls. HELP PLEASE!

I have a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia currently dealing with power issue to steering wheel controls as well as regen button, dome ligh, engine brake ect. Truck starts up fine lights works but controls doesn’t seem to work. Hooked up to computer and I’m getting j1939 source missing 25,43, 49. Already swapped out CPC now I’m stuck. Any else had this issue?

Start with checking fuses, if you haven't

I should’ve led with that first because that’s the first thing I did checked fuses on SAM Cab, SAM Chassis and PNDB.
