With Walmart, you can order online for pickup. They will pull your order, and notify you when it is ready. You park in a pickup spot and they will bring it out to you, you don't even have to get out of your car. That might be a better option for you.

 

Filter on the shop vac is about all at this point (from sucking up the 5 gallons of water in the carpet)— oh and new tires, bearings and hubs on the trailer — and a new running light— but the batteries are good and it started

 

Yes, that is bad now. When you are on life supports she will probably "Pull the plug" herself; just to be sure ya know..

 

Kroger probably has the same deal. The free pickup option at grocery stores is the only good thing that came out of the scamdemic.

 

You didn't drill the hubcaps, install zerks, then come in home, grab the grease gun, stroke it enough to blow the seals, flushing out all water and putting fresh grease in the right place.? Old southern maintenance tip. (We got more, send a subject.)

 

I used to do that on purpose.
May not have had to even go, just do that for entertainment, got throw in a few, “Oh, I’ll never eat cajun food ever again.”

Then Throw a penny hard into toliet, with a “Thank ya Lord, I didn’t think we were gonna make it much longer..”

 

Plastic hub covers—why anyone would have them is beyond me— been going to replace them for a couple years but I’m really gonna do it this year

 

Laundry is done. Mom and I talked and decided we'll plant a bur oak in the yard in memory of my brother @LoboSolo, probably sometime in mid-April. I'm pooped. I drove 3818 miles in seven days. It's good to take a day off now and then.

Know a buddy who is in home and you are pretty sure of his bedtimes. Say he is down by 10:/11:00 and will get sound out by 1 or 2.
Get a woman friend to ring the house phone till he answers, then she just asks in a husky whisper: "Can you talk?" and hangs up.
If wife answers 1st time or two, she will know it is a woman's voice. (And may get on an extension)
Let him spend some time explaining that to the other and by relating the actual message, only seeds the doubt.
Never comment on your making that call as you might be called later as a court case witness. Pay phone insures anonymity.
