Honestly I'll put simple for you go with schneider. No facing cameras and they are not planning to do it as far as I know they know it makes drivers uncomfortable. The pay isn't the best for new starters but isn't the worst either. I didn't attend their school I attended their training which was 3 weeks you would probably do 6 weeks in total cdl school and training. The hotel they will put you in is very clean. The school is easy the instructors are amazing they will treat you good and joke around. And you will only go with a trainer on the road for 4 or 5 days after 2 weeks school training lol. You will learn alot from that trainer specifically. They will respect you it's one amazing thing about this company, you break down semi goes to shop, instantly will call you and Uber and get you a room. And the opportunities are wide open. I've been with them for 3 months I already started with the transfer process to intermodal local. Can you believe it? 3 months of experience and they gave me that and the pay is much higher than the dedicated account I'm on. Trust me go with them you won't regret it.
