Hello canadian truckers, I have been a O/O for while now with other companies. But now I am thinking to get my own authority and book loads through the load link running 53ft flatbed. I know the market ain't that good. But what kind of rates can you expect per mile on average, is it going to be hard to get loads initially because you are a new carrier? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

In the process, last week started rebuilding the flatbed, I only do that on my off days so thats gonna take couple of weeks. Then I will be getting my authority.
