FMCSA recently briefed the Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee on the results of the 4 "listening sessions" FMCSA held in January '10. Do you agree with the issues raised? What issues were not raised?

Full transcripts of the "listening sessions" will be posted to the rulemaking docket when it hits the Federal Register.

P.S. When I set up the poll, I didn't check to see if multiple responses are allowed. So, maybe you can vote for the one that is most important to you. I'll try to revise the poll if there's a way to select multiple choices.

Your very first option is what I heard the most out of drivers when I attended the listening session at MATS.
