@Diesel Dave I’m not too familiar. With IMAPS or Waze. I looked at Google maps. I’m just curious, what is your grudge against me asking questions? If I were you, I would love for somebody to ask me questions about a place I’ve never been before.

Easy, man.
Enjoy your trip.
If you've never been to Helen, you'll love it.
It's one of my favorite spots.
Have fun.
11 am in Atlanta is fine.
Make sure you stop at Buckees in Macon on the wayCalculatedRisk Thanks this. -
What grudge ? I gave you a legitimate answer. It’s a public forum, you asked a question, I answered and gave you some areas to search. And to be more specific, members on here are going to guide you “thinking” your in a commercial truck. So that’s why I asked are you going to be in a 4 wheeler, since I know who you are. And Sir, like you have said to me in the past, “ it’s a public forum and I’m free to post whatever I want and where I want”.

Atlanta doesn’t allow through bound trucks inside of I-285. That’s probably why @Diesel Dave originally asked if you were driving your car or not as opposed to a truck.CalculatedRisk Thanks this.

For those that I offended I’m sorry. I knew something along those lines @MACK E-6. I’m just a little bit scared of driving in Atlanta. I’ve never driven there before. I think the biggest city I’ve driven in is DC or at least the outskirts.

No apology needed, at least not to me.
If you can handle Washington, Atlanta should most certainly be doable for you.Opus and Sirscrapntruckalot Thank this. -
Atlanta is absolutely nothing to worry about. Just another city in another state. If you can deal with Orlando then ATL will be a breeze.CalculatedRisk and Sirscrapntruckalot Thank this.

Thank you guys and I apologize to @Diesel Dave. Really excited to be going on vacation. I have some good news, but that’s for another thread.

You'll have a large time in Helen. It's a good time to go as well. Bring a jacket. It still gets cold up there at night.
