Well I have been dealing with a swift recruter for about a month now, went and grabbed a 2 week refresher. She tells me to call her when I get done, so today I called her and she says " oh the next two orientation classes are full" but why could'nt she put me in the next available class? Anyone have any info on this? Classes are full up to April 20th but she did not tell me when the next one is.

Ummmm cause most Swift recruiters are like alot of the DM's and almost all the planners..... Scatterbrained at best
No clue seriously, I know locally they will do that on the off chance somone backs out at the last minute. Best advice I can give you is to call her and ask her directly why she can't enroll you in the next available one. If you are going to work for Swift you will have to learn to question people on stupid stuff like that alot of the time.
