    Haha well.....they were not the best, but certainly not the worst. He sold that business last year and started another one. Only three nice KWs now.

    When I get enough experience, I want a job that will pay percentage and let me be home every night. Then I could get married. You would not hear me complain about that, especially if I was making the money your dad was paying them. Some drivers complain, even if they have it good.

    It depends on the company. Six months exp. Is needed to work at Panther. Most of owners pay a percentage. Of course, most companies pay cpm. Remember, Panther is all O/O.

    OK the Math is done average 600 miles a day which is legal might be able to 50-70 more on a GREAT day.
    600 x 1.40 = 840.00 <--- to the truck
    840. x 25% = 210.00 <-- to the driver

    Not bad money, but I've worked for Panther and you spend a HELLUVA lot of time sitting. You might try kidding someone else..
    Experience gives this post a failing grade.
