No doubt you can get some mighty fine sandwiches. I do like a good sandwich. You don’t know the advantage you have out on the eastern shore. You have real bread. Tasty, chewy, delicious bread. And can get it about any where. Out west, they have seemed to forgotten what good sourdough bread is. Well really what any good bread is. Now it’s soft and fluffy, so you don’t need to actually chew on it.

 

Thanks mate, I do have a few more pictures but I am amazed I still have those, I don't remember taking them.

 

The tenderloin is the inside of the breast next to the rib, it is more tender than the breast but not by much. Any way you cut it is still a dirty bird not that good.

Been a while, still kicking off steel M-F. A recent one I had to limp in to a truck stop & call road service for a blowout.
