    Early FLC's (WFC120's from '74 to'76) had aluminum hoods and some had fiberglass hoods with aluminum fenders.
    The fiberglass hoods with fender mounted headlights were standard in '77 with aluminum hoods as an option until they ran out.
    The conventional was more popular in the west (and Canada) until the Surface Transportation Assistance Act in '82. Many of the WFC's and early FLC's were built in Burnaby BC.
