####...I applied for my E2 back in March, never got word from USCIS till Jan 5th tjat they needed more evidence on most of it, but gave me a deadline of Jan 22 to have it submitted. Got the letter that they rejected it due to insufficient evidence on Feb 3 n then had 30 days to vacate the US

I figure I would update you guys seeing as I think I have figured this out.

After going back and forth with multiple brokers dealing with multiple insurance companies I got approved for 2 quotes...more on that.

The first one ( which I wanted ) was through Mid-Continent. The policy was as follows.
Auto - $8958 / year - 1 million, 135k collision for truck, 60k for trailer
General Liability + Pollution - $2114 / year - 1 million GL + 1 million Pollution
Umbrella / Excess - $2800 / year - 2 million

Total - $13,872

Now when I seen this I had tears of joy, I instantly went to bind the policy only to be let down in 2 weeks. Under writing came back and said seeing as they can't verify my driving history they put a cancel on the Auto policy but left the other 2 for me. ( little do I know, their Umbrella won't cover any other auto I could have gotten )

After finding that out I went back to the drawing board. I went back to a broker who worked his ### off for me and took that $42,000 / year for auto down to $16,000 / year. I figure I would have to bite the bullet and sign that just so I'm covered! After calling progressive to bind the policy they said if I provide them with a MVR, passed insurance quote and a General liability policy they would bring the policy down to $10,600! Hot dang I was pretty excited to hear that.

No I sit here after submitting all that information to them and they tell me it will take up to 10 working business days to see the decrease on my policy.

I also had to get a different Umbrella policy, which came to $6300.

All in all my $42k ++++ went to:
$10,600 Auto
$2114 GL + Pollution
$6300 Umbrella

$19,014 Total to work here in the ND oilfield.

I am in the same boat here, bought a truck from over a month in Texas. No luck with insurance, quotes are too high and most of them won't even quote Company with Canadian owner with Canadian CDL. Even though I have a US driver with US CDL who will be driving full time they are still not quoting. Let me know if you help me out with the broker that you used. Regards!

Progressive will, but it's still pricey, 2k a month or more. Call Daniel York at Tegeler Insurance, he's who I deal with and it's all 5* service. 307 358 4527. Tell em Chris Mitchell sent ya.

Yessir!

Then he couldn’t get access to any of the good markets. Great west wouldn’t even let him quote them.

Jess had a quote within 2 weeks for us.

This year we were quoted $200,000 from progressive and GW gave it to us with more coverage for $100k.
