That's not the way it works bro. They don't contact random people and ask them, "Hey, how's it going pal?" They react to people contacting them about a problem i.e. a crime , or suspected crime, that has been committed.

 

Yes, yes, I believe I would have gone to the police, Chicago, Illinois State, Cook County sheriff, whatever village this rathole is located in.....

 

That's why the FBI was created so these kinds of things can be investigated. Best expand on your information though we all love a good story.

Always have SHARP lockblade with ya , very effective in a close quarter situation . be able to whip it out in a blink and know where to strike . If the shooter is behind ya its over , beside ya in back of the car much better situation. Fwiw .
