ifta and no truck # receipt

    hey guys. I fuel daily from my yard at work. I'm regional in midwest home daily. So I do not have a fuel card. I did a load otr which took 1 week. I had to use my personal card and each receipt they wouldn't put any info. Truck # company etc. Except pilot loves. What should I do incase I do get a ifta audit.

    Put the truck odometer on receipt when fueled. And write the fleet truck number also.
    Receipts should also have amount of gallons purchased.
