    She's right a little bit about the aging part. Stress can cause premature aging a little, but premature aging is mostly caused by genetics and too much sun on the face. Use a roll-up window shade, to keep the sun off the face.
    I bought this one at Walmart and it doesn't affect the vision and can see the rearview mirror without any obstruction.

    I will never forget the two 30 something smokin hot rocker chicks I saw fueling up and washing windows on a decked out black Pete. They were dressed like they were heading out for a night on the town and working fast like they were running out of hours. One of those ‘I dont believe my eyes’ moments.
