They say they only go back so many years for stuff like this, but I have to tell ya, I work for a trucking company (name withheld) and they have been known to go back further.
But...you should be fine anyway. -
i'm gonna go to the Clerk of courts website for that county and see if i can find it. i would like to be able to tell them exactly when where and how fast. -

That no longer works for CDL holders since almost five years ago and they keep tightening loopholes in the law so that people that drive for a living pretty much have any and every conviction listed on the MVR, including non-moving. The traffic school thing was disallowed late last 2005 or around the first of 2006. There is another thread here about that. Once the case is heard by a judge and judged, if you are guilty, it goes on your MVR.

that is true about the on moving i got an overweight in ill 5300 pounds long story was a 1079$ ticket and they hear it every time i get dot'd now on the other hand the following is strictly hypothetical and i mean that say someone had a license from michigan and they recieved tickets in various ammounts from texas colorado new york and new mexico and never paid them then about two years later got a cdl the tickets would never show on thier license that is strictly hypothetical but i know for a fact its true

Also, don't some states forbid companies from using your personal record for business purposes? I think in WA they can only use your CDL for business. -
To answer your question, I honestly don't know, and I would expect that all citations from any license will eventually be on it, I sense the heavy hand of the insurance industry behind this push. I'm going to look up that other thread.
