I live on the southern border. It's my understanding mexican drivers can haul all along the border on the u.s. side legally. I see alot of mx plates on tractors hauling u.s. trailers. Regarding Canadians, I doubt they work for peanuts like the mexican drivers will.

It’s not the Mexican drivers..,,but truth be told almost none of the Mexican fleets have any interest in runnin here…Yes there are a few doubled tag fleets actually based here that use Mexican nationals as drivers….but All the fleets and drivers I’ve dealt with over the years…,most who’ve been asked not to cross dock and just go ahead and deliver deep into the states have told me it’s not worth it to them
The Canadians on the other hand will take Anything to get back north or close
