    I'm on phone with friend who said DOT was setting up at rest area in PA. But they might do that on regular basis there anyway

    Oh man I cant wait! Now that I've retired I'm gonna drive around and find one that's set up and I've got a whole grocery sack full of black cats, and just wait till they start going under the trailers checking the brake slacks on these poor unsuspecting brother truckers who are just trying to make a living! Hahahaha
