Funny, when you visit their website the first page talks about a May '09 confirmation of the bankruptcy plan. Yet, when they are "sold", there is no mention of it at all. It's been weeks since the PR piece in the local paper and no details are mentioned on the website. This deal is another one of his scams.

Jim Palmer doesn't have any family (legacy) working with him. They all left many many years ago. This failure is 100% his and his alone.

Thanks. Any link for that info, or do you have a source?

How did they leverage a purchase of this size if they couldn't keep a good credit rating on less than 50 trucks?

Their home page has Mr. Palmer's picture and refers to him as the "owner". He's still very much involved.

Things are going pretty bad for Jim Palmer. All of his top management people have left over the last 6 months, including the "president of the company" who left a couple weeks ago. Looks like bankruptcy wasn't the answer here.:biggrin_25513: Another carrier has opened up a terminal next door and is hiring some of his former employees.

    _ton bundle Thanks this.
