Questions about having a microwave in my semi-truck

Pool noodle works even better. Cut it just tall enough to shove between the glass and the ceiling of the microwave.

I have had the same microwave now for over 5 years. Original glass plate. Only time I notice it is when I hit a very big bump.

 

I put a towel around my glass plate because I can’t stand rattles of any kind in my truck, going so far as to put adhesive weather stripping behind dash panels and any other place where plastic rattles on plastic. Hats off to any one that doesn’t mind rattles, but to say you’re “bewildered” that rattles would bother someone is a bit much.
