Starting at Millis 11/16/09

Jim you don't want to run out there with the big motor trucks!However we have picked up some freight from Golden Co.out of Coors.

 

Will MTI hire me straight out of NETTS class? website says they dont hire CDL students and need 1 yr exp or pay to go to their CDL class. I'd pay to go but I'm going for my MA class A lic on friday. DETA paid for my class. I have an pre-lic job offer from Prime but looking at MTI just looks like a better company? Anyone have similiar problem?

 

Millis doesn't accept drivers unless you do one of the following:

1. Attend their MTI school, even if you just finished some other school
2. Have 1yr (or more) verifiable OTR experience

 

Does Millis run into Canada a lot?, just curious

Do most bigger companies run into Canada or it varies? Most of my family and friends are in Canada; Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, etc. Not saying I'd be kickin it with em every run in, but I'd probaby get to see them more than I do now.
