    Ok problem is fixed!!! So the part I posted a picture of was my problem. It’s called surelok. Only one side was releasing so I guess it was making that one wheel on that side too light. Thanks to everyone that tried to help with my problem. It’s about a $700 fix.

    Surelok is for trailer suspension support when trailer parking brake is applied. Surelok has nothing to do with brakes problems when trailer parking brake released and using service brakes when driving
