I rent hives every year for my almond trees. When the bee keeper leaves here he goes to Texas. After that it's somewhere in the upper mid-west. Those guys get around.
He was telling me that they're subject to inspection from various state and county agencies looking for disease. When he talks about bees I tend to listen. He's fourth generation in his family that are bee keepers.
Bee haulers- exempt from keeping a logbook???

I was always told bee haulers could pretty much do whatever they want, as most officers don’t want anything to do with a truck that has bees swarming it.

Coming over the Ag inspection in FL. they just nodded and didn't even want to see certification papers.
